To download multiple documents and print follow these steps:
- Go to Event Tab
- Select your date range (week, month, etc.)
- Add any other filters you may want (like only Definite events)
- Click the “Export documents” button on the right hand side
After this, you will receive an email with a downloading link. Click the link to download the file. Once you unzip the file, go into the newly created folder and you will see all of the PDF document files.
How to Print multiple PDF's
In Windows 7/10...You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. You can download Adobe Reader Here.
Once Installed, go to the unzipped folder with your document PDF files, select all the files by highlighting all of them, then right-click and and select "print."
In Mac OSX...
Open the folder containing the unzipped files, select all the files, and hit Command-P.
Alternatively, Open System Preferences -> Printers and Scanners -> Select your Printer -> Click "Open Print Queue" -> Drag/Drop your PDF files into the Printer Queue Window.
